CHRISTMAS ORDERING POLICY 2009 -

All orders for Canada and Overseas need to be placed by Dec. 1 - no orders will be accepted after Dec. 1 for shipment in December. If received after Dec. 1 they will not ship until January.

All U.S. orders for Christmas need to be placed by December 11th when possible - but by 5 PM on Wednesday, December 16th at the absolute latest - no orders will be taken after Dec. 16 for Christmas delivery.

Availability on custom pieces for Christmas delivery will be based on inventory at the time of order - ORDER EARLY - as we get closer to Christmas we usually run out of the custom made items on our custom page link.

Call us at 515-964-3548 to place your order. If you want to come to the house to pick up toys, please know toys are in boxes on shelves so you need to know what you are looking for when you come - by appointment or chance

Al and Cathy will talk to you when you call. They answer your farm toy questions, take your orders, and ship the orders. When you call, you are talking to the owners! Please be aware of the time zone differences when calling!!

In picture above (click to enlarge), scales are shown from 1/16 down to 1/87 - length of each tractor in inches would be:

1/16 scale = 12 inches - 1/32 scale = 6 inches - 1/43 scale = 5 inches - 1/64 scale = 3 inches - 1/87 scale = 2 inches

* We ship via UPS in the lower 48 states and USPS for Alaska and Hawaii - we accept payment by personal check, money order, Master Card, Visa, Discover, or PayPal. Iowa residents add 6% Sales Tax. Shipping charges are $11.95 entire order for orders in the U.S. (except Alaska and Hawaii). That includes the shipping fee, handling, and insurance charges via UPS. Alaska and Hawaii orders are shipped Priority Mail and will be charged actual shipping plus $1.50 handling when billed on the credit card.

* Please Note: On orders that include toys that have not come out yet (available dates are listed by the prices), we will hold the order until we can ship it complete. If you want the order shipped as available, you will pay shipping each time we ship. This is on orders that are paid by check or credit card. We do backorder items and ship later if you pay the additional shipping charge. Therefore, on orders that you want shipped as available, it is best to provide a credit card for payment.

* Mail orders can be mailed to address above. Make checks payable to Van Kley Farm Toys. Phone orders can be called in to 515-964-3548. Fax orders can be faxed to 515-965-3834.

* For Canada orders - credit card only - we ship priority international insured and we will add ACTUAL FREIGHT PLUS $15.00 for handling to the credit card.

* On international shipments - credit card only - we ship via priority international insured and we will add ACTUAL FREIGHT PLUS $ 15.00 for handling to the credit card.

* Please allow 7 to 10 days for processing and delivery. When ordering you can send to the address listed above or use our printable order blank - we need complete shipping address (street address not box number) for UPS - a phone number is mandatory.

* We charge a 15% re-stocking charge on items that are returned and were shipped as ordered. Return authorization is required. Prices subject to change without notice.

* When reserving future items we will need name, address, phone number and a CREDIT CARD to reserve the item and ship as soon as we have it in stock. If we do not have a credit card on file, we will not reserve.
